As yet we have not had much luck in this department, at first it feels out of this world but once any pressure for penetration begins the pain is so bad we have to stop. Would love to give this another go. Any advise .

small butt plugs are awesome...flexibility is the key coupled with lube...lube...and just in case...more lube....oh and poppers can sorta help...but a loving and gentle partner can make it so much easier and fun...good luck...x
Thanks for starting this paperdoll 38. I am having a similar problem with my OH.
We have tried lots of lube and both of us are keen to try anal but the pain is just too much for her. Are there any toys we should start off with first.....any particular ones which would not cause too much pain. Or any lube........maybe we are just using the wrong one.

The trick is to try and push out the anal muscles at the same time, as though you are on the loo. That will relax the sphincter enough for initial penetration.
The muscles take time to relax, so if it is still painful stop, or even withdraw a bit and pause for a moment before trying again. It may take a few attempts before the muscles are relaxed enough, so take your time and let her call the shots.
I'd also say it would be best to let her practice on herself with one of the beginner's butt plug sets until she gets used to the sensation. You do need to work up to taking something the size of a penis.

Our first attempt at anal sounds very simular to yours and this was after my OH had been using a beginners plug, My OH then bought and used plugs that increased in size until she was comfortable using one that was just a bit bigger than me, only when she found it easy to insert and comfortable to wear for a while she was happy to try again, she would insert before we tried and wear it for an hour or two, this and plenty of lube made anal easy and amazing for both of us, my OH loves it so much that she has kept using bigger size plugs as the stretching has made her orgams more intense!paperdoll38 wrote:

Best advice I have take it nice and slow , lube lube lube , start off small and dont get eyes bigger than your belly .
