Loads of lube and time and patience. You have to give your bottom time to relax and take more in. Its a fine balance between persuasion and force and forcing is out. Time, relax and maybe a soak in the bath first and of course if at first you don't succeed.......

enjoying it is key, but there's an element of how you're made.
enjoy the wriggle. try different angles to explore what feels good for you. stop if there's any discomfort. doesn't matter if it doesn't happen, just enjoy what you do and be safe.
for me, it's the girth that provides the intense sensations. i've never set out to increase the length i can take. it just happened over time.

Need to be pretty thoroughly clean, and deeply so, as your colon 'round the corner' will often need some persuasion to become empty, and you need to make space for the toy of your choice (there's just no other way to put it)

First you must understand how you are made down there. If you start with an enema and flush your rectum. now insert a finger and push down (internaly, try to poop) you should now be able to find another sphincter that leads to your colon, your colon is about four feet long. If you are wanting to go deeper then this is the way to go, I can take a double ended dildo and that's about 18"
I find a warm enema and about 2 litres of water at a time cleans and relaxes both sphinters and also clears the colon so that three fingers will easily slide in when being lubed.
