As we all know vaginas can be quite stretchy! Ad would struggle as you two do.
I think the big problem is not vagina size or tightness but rather her entrance is small and tears as it is from sex, and if you think about it it's often the entrance that tears during childbirth. I imagine the external skin is just less flexible so if you are quite compact there anyway it might be impossible, or perhaps really difficult.
Once you're past the 'bottleneck' though perhaps it's plain sailing.External Media

I have found you can fit alot up the vagina but it will take a lot of time ane lube.
