I like to stay on the small side of things - my plugs are all small or medium sized.
The biggest thing I've had up my bum has probably been my anal balloon pump. I've pumped it fairly far by now - but it's impossible for me to judge exactly how big I've went with it, because when I'm pumping it, it's up where the sun doesn't shine and a bit hard to measure. :P

I don't feel like its doing anything if it's not got girth. I have the basix 10inch suction cup dildo and I can take that all the way. It's filling for the first 10 minutes of riding it but then I get loose and need bigger. But I don't think I can take too much more in length, gets abit too much for me if you know what I mean.

The longest anal toy I have only has a penetrating length of 5 inches, so none of my toys go particularly deep. Plus, they all come away relatively clean so I've never had the sense that I need any extra cleaning before play.
If I was having sex with someone, I may clean more often before anal sex, because I don't want to risk significant mess with someone else there. In general, though, I'm more concerned with health - I had a very serious illness last year that badly affected my digestive system, and it took a long time for everything to get back to normal. I've heard that using douches too often or too deeply can irritate your natural internal environment. Until I feel a strong need for it, I don't want to risk more problems.

Hi jackjohn. Yeah, I've looked into plugs such as this for that very reason. The only thing that concerns me is insertion, since it isn't flared, like a regular plug, I imagine that it'll take some cajolery to get it inside. But the spherical plugs do intrigue me, so thanks for persuading me to think again about it.
