yes sometimes i read them when curiosity gets the better of me

I think I could just about manage that girth with a good warm up... length is the tricky thing for me.
and the American Challenge doesn't seem too back if you are use to fisting etc.
I like the reviews for the more 'extreme' items, I just wish there were more indepth ones.

Women and men all have pelvic floor muscles and they work in similar ways. When you clench the muscles around your anus, that's working your kegels/ PC/ Pelvic floor muscles, when you stop yourself during mid urination, thats using them.
First start to leanr where your kegels are and make yourself aware of using them. Then just clench these muscles a few times a day - make sure your bladder is empty first. It works the same as any work out =)
Though you can use some Kegel balls anally (women can do this too) but you have to make sure they have a flared base or a ball you leave externally during use.
I love reading most reviews on here for both the day to day items and the larger end of the market. It's fascinating how people can actually fit some of these toys inside themselves, I was reading reviews on the American Challenge the other day thinking exactly that! The OH would never agree to trying anything like this though, I'd be scared of hurting her too!
