I am a newby to LH so here is my first forum posting. I have done some research on starting my own website & did like the site thumblogger.com for my personal website. I also seen that they want you to use an email account that isn't free. What email place could I use? Also any advice would be nice.

Some website hosts have clauses in their T&Cs that mention "objectionable content" so don't sign up for anything until you have thoroughly read it through
Why don't you just use Wordpress? You can use any email and they have no content filters. Tumblr is also fairly open when it comes to explicit content.
