ben wa jiggle balls?

looking into buying some of the ben wa jiggle balls, do they help? how long did it take to notice a difference? do they provide better orgasms? any experiances would be great 😁

I've got two different types, both from Lovehoney.

The one pair was terrible for me, hence purchasing a second pair which were heavier and smaller. Not too sure whether they've made me any tighter, but they are quite fun to have in when out and about. Also there's some slight pleasure from feeling that there's something inside you - not really a stimulation though.

i was thinking of just trying the basics before moving onto something heavier, more expensive. which ones do you have?

I have these: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=31574

I thought that as well, but they just did nothing for me, were too big to even bother trying to keep them in and weighed nothing so didn't notice them much when in use either.

thats what i was going to get. is it worth it?

Not in my opinion... However others who reviewed them seemed to like them, so maybe see what you think first?

I have these LH Basics Ben Wa balls: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=31574

In my opinion, they're much too light for anyone who hasn't had children before. If you're completely new to kegel balls, they're a nice and cheap set to start out with. Also, the jiggling from the internal balls can be nicely arousing and when you pop in a vibrating egg while wearing these -- woohoo! It's awesome. They're more for fun with the added bonus of giving your kegel muscles a light workout.

However, if you see yourself wanting to progress with kegel training, I'd recommend getting a heavier and smaller set. The smaller and heavier the balls, the more intense the workout! A good investment would be in a kegel set with incremental weights.

These are ones you might want to consider:

Ami by Je Joue: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=20747

If you'd like to test the waters first, this is a good set to start out with.

Personally, I wouldn't bother with anything that's less than 60g, unless of course, the size of the balls is really small. For example, these (http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30257) are light but they're so tiny that it'd be challenging to hold them up.

From my personal experience, I can't be more in love with my kegel balls. They really help to prolong and intensify orgasms. I've only started with the Swoon balls and despite being a little too light and big, my boyfriend and I can already feel the difference. I have since ordered the 50 shades of Grey Beyond Aroused Set to progress with my training. (:
