For me it varies wildly . One week I might only use a plug once and the next week almost daily . I found that for longer term wear and while active I much prefer a WeVibe egg with the phone app so my wife can surprise me while I am actively doing housework of using the treadmill . The biggest advantage is it stays put and does not have anything large sticking out . And the rechargeable battery life is great . I wish we had these back when we used to go out to clubs and dances , each controlling the others for added fun .
