I'm really hoping someone can help me on my quest for a new toy. I was originally after a non-leather, thuddy flogger but I'm open to other possibilities.
I read lots of reviews for different floggers but they all seem to mention sting. I know all floggers will have a bit of sting but are there any available on lovehoney that come with a decent thud too? Ideally I'd like something my partner could really go to town on me with but as I'm not new to BDSM and tend to like more intense sensations, I'm guessing a beginners rope flogger won't satisfy me? (but if you tried one and found it packed more of a punch than you expected, please let me know).
I'm open to other suggestion for impact toys. My favourite things are belts, fists, and a baton (mainly thud with a little sting) though I also use canes and a crop (more sting than thud). Hopefully someone with a similar pain preference reads and has some suggestions.
So basically this is the kind of toy I'm looking for:
-Must be veggie friendly
-More thud than sting
-Suitable for intermediate/advanced/heavy masochists
-Ideally under £20 but if it's an amazing toy I'll save up
-Something that is suitable for more than just the thighs and buttocks
Have you tried silicone paddles? They're very thuddy! I have the Tantus ones, but sadly lovehoney don't stock those. I believe they do do a fetish fantasy one that has a texture to it though
Thanks Ouch. Silicone paddles seem to be getting the thumbs up all round. I've added it to my wishlist so hopefully it can be mine soon. I have to be sensible and buy my Christmas presents before buying any more toys. Being a responsible adult sucks :p
If you're looking for 'thud' over 'sting' a paddle would definitely be the way to go. Just make sure you choose one which features a non-smooth/patent side to remove as much of the sting as you can from the spank. If you weren't looking for something veggie-friendly I would suggest suede as being the perfect material for you to look at.
Don't discount the Lovehoney dual sided paddle. The padded side gives a thud rather than sting so you can really go to town.
The rope floggers also give more of a thud than a sting which I prefer. Again you can really put some welly in which I find is easier to tolerate than the sharp sting of a dressage whip or cane.
but wet the flails first to add weight. If that worked you could try oiling them with a suitable oil instead which would give heavier and very smooth against skin flails.
