Sorry to hear this is causing y’all such trouble.
New customs arrangements were not fully understood by companies and suppliers until UK/EU negotiations finished, which was just before the December 31st deadline! UK based import checks are still to be implemented later this year, so there is some further disruption to supply chains for many businesses to come. Hopefully once the long term picture becomes clear, LH will see value in setting up an EU based distribution arm! 
It would be so sad to lose your lovely contributions to the forums, so I hope you’ll stick around, even if you have to shop elsewhere.
