I have that one Y&F but I didnt think much of it after I tried a few others. There was another one similar ages ago but it had an additional vibrating part below the testicles.

I think all we've shown is that everyone is different lol adjustable ones are incredible and you can put round the penis or penis and testicles which I think is when it helps delay your orgasm. But I also have that vibrating one mrs like and hate it. So just get a few and try them out they're pretty cheap and although they seam the same they're all different
I'm no expert here but I've recently bought the Big Daddy adjustable one from LH. It's been a real revelation and I would thoroughly recommend trying one out.
