Do some internet searching, if doggy she uses her left hand, on your back she uses her right hand, im up to the middle fore arm of my wife, takes TIME very gentle teasing wiggling the fingers in the duck style lots of lube, breathing slowly, poppers(if thats your thing) can really help, communication is the key, no rough handling as in porn on internet, fisting is a really emotional connection done really gently over time, mind it really helps if she has small hands?

We are also working on getting deeper. She can fist me halfway up het forearm now which feels amazing.
But just like @Quiet_ones_are_worse say search on the internet for terms like “depth play” there is loads of information available, such as which hand to use in which position and which direction to go.
The most important thing is still go slow and don’t force anything. Being cleaned out properly and getting sufficient lube deep inside yourself definitely helps. One way I get lube deep inside myself is by using a tunnel plug and putting your ass in the air and have my wife squirt a some lube in.
It is really important to get really relaxed and comfortable as possible to get her fist deeper inside your ass.

Also make the room warm enough lying there stark naked not moving whilst theres a hand in you can end up with you getting quite cold after some time?
