I was just wondering - if I don't want a replacement and don't want to return the toy, should I still report it if it is faulty?
If you want a refund for it, then you should report it, but you will (most likely) have to send it back.
If you are bothered about neither a refund or replacement - then reporting it as faulty seems pointless xx
Well, I thought they might want to report the problem to the manufacturer so that the manufacturer might fix it in future. That's the reason I am asking. No refund/no replacement needed. :)

Wont hurt to send them an email just saying that you got a faulty product. Lovehoney are a very good company and if returned within 365 days would replace or refund a faulty product. End of the day its Freepost to send it back and you get a new product or a full refund so its no lose to yourself :)
