Is it easy to send back items ?
Yes it's very easy as stated here - www.lovehoney.co.uk/help/returns-policy/
You just need to fill out a returns form from the link above, once that is completed you then just box up the old item you're returning and if you still have the invoice there is a peel off returns sticker you can use.
Should all go through pretty quickly, a few days for your items to get delivered to LH and then them to sort out a refund, replacement or whatever is required,
Don't forget to put a not in telling lovehoney what you want done.
I think it's like up to 5 working days for them to receive your package, then 7 working days to process your return, then 3-4 for the money to show in your account. So it takes a little time :)
