There are some classic theme songs out there. You know the ones, they stick in your head and have you humming or singing along, sometimes they are the best thing about a show!
I thought i would start a thread for us to post our favourites, you never know, we might even uncover some forgotten gems.
Here are a few of mine to start with

Thanks, you can't beat it
I love the Poddington Peas theme!
I also loved the theme song to Angel - that violin piece - would get really annoyed when my dad fastforwarded through it!
And as every child of the 90's I loved Fresh Prince of Bel Air's theme.

But nothing beats Duck Tales, if only for the memory of my extremely straight laced father singing along on a driving holdiay through France when my sister and I were little! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwH1taatvyM&feature=related

How did I forget Captain Planet?! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vo0D6bzxLLw
NB: I had no recollection of the deeply questionable racial stereotyping going on here! Clearly that went over my head as a kid!
