Yeah thats what we have found. Alot of fake profiles and timewasters.....dont know what they get out of it. Craigslist is full of fake people.

There's no private messaging on here (for good reason) and I don't imagine people want their personal info posted on a public forum :) The LH forum also isn't intended for that purpose

There is an app, it used to be called 3nder. It's now called Feeld. It has a similar set up to the other apps (Tinder/Grindr etc.)
You do have to link it to Facebook, but it's probably your best shot of an app for three/more somes.
If you type threesomes into the search bar you'll find lots of previous threads that discuss finding a third :)
