Look at various sex positions but instead of having penetrative sex, perform other acts like oral, hands, toys.
A good place for starting bondage would be an under bed restraint. Lovehoney have some great kits that will get you started with the restraint but also some toys to use for ideas.
Lingerie is a big part of our foreplay. And sex toys.

My husband and I arenāt very adventurous, and there are a handful of things that we both donāt really want to try
