ok in a few weeks im going away with my OH for the night and ive bought this

and im thinking bout wearing some black stockings with it and if i do i want some purple garters to hold the stockings up as i dont want to wear suspenders, however as im not a skinny mini and am plused size im not sure if there gonna fit
can someone tell me the messurements of them, so i can then messure my leg and see if they will fit and also if you have any in purple?
im sure i saw some purple ones one her but i cant see them now :s
That purple cami is gorgeous im well jealous and it will look great with black stockings. Have you considered just wearing hold ups though, they come in the standard sizes and stay up great no matter how big you are without needing garters or suspenders, unless you really want them.
:/ see if i was good at all that womenly sewing stuff then i could have made some, cos i reckon there pretty easy to make however i cant even sew a button on :/
We currently don't stock any purple garters but it's probably something we can look into! We have lots of black ones though? You might want to try eBay if you need a quick fix garter solution!
Alternatively, like the lovely shellyboo and schibi have mentioned, you could always wear hold ups?
i'll have a look at ebay but was so hopeing lovehoney was gonna have some cos then i knew i could send them bk if they didnt fit and that you guys normaly know messurments and things.
cant do the hold up's as i said above they like to make me look like nora battey
Maybe just have a peek in your local fabric/craft shop at trims - some places have elasticated trims so you would only need to buy a length and sew the 2 ends together. There is an independent shop just up the road from me that does demonstrations too - so I could imagine if you asked them very nicely for fpr the sake of a pound or so they could sew them up for you in literally a minute!
The thing about garters as well though D is that if they're gonna keep your stockings up, they're going to have to be really tight - so they'll give you the same sausage-leg effect that hold-ups do. I've tried lots of different kinds of stocking-holding-up methods and the only one I've found that works for me is a suspender belt.
