I'm 99% straight but becoming ever more bi curious in that I would love to have sex with a woman as part of a threesome with my husband. I can't imagine having sex or a serious relationship with a woman outside of that context so I'm not sure how I should class myself. In my profile I said bi as that seems more honest

Reading the replies to this thread its amazing that nearly every female member is either Bi or had a Bi experience, my OH is bi also,they do say 90% of women are bi or bi curious, there doesn't seem to be any gay women where as the men are either straight or gay!

I am bisexual as well. I wouldn't class myself as a pansexual, although looks is not the only thing that matters to me - I could not be attracted to someone just because they look good. But still, it would be difficult for me to crave for someone who is not male or female. And no - I do not find the intimate parts of the person (regardless of their sex) attractive - I am more attracted at legs, the upper part of the body, the face, the hair - that in terms of appearance.

In my gender studies classes as an undergrad, we talked about sexuality being a spectrum, so there are 100% gay people and 100% straight people, but there are 98% other degrees between, let alone looking at pansexuals, asexuals and every other flavour of the rainbow.

So when you look at it from that perspective, it makes sense that a lot of people identify as somewhat bisexual.

Yes man you can label yourself whatever feels right to you! Just be comfortable in your own sexuality!

I'm pansexual and I feel how it was described orginally in thie thread was a bit off, or has been misinterpretted a bit. It's not about not being attracted to the way men and women usually look, or about not seeing gender (that would be insane, gender-blind is a stupid term).

It's about recognising that lots of genders exist, not just a man/woman binary distinction, and about being open to the possibility of being sexually or romantically attracted to any person, regardless of thier gender.
