I got it in the Christmas grab bag, and it was working beautifully until today.
Turned it on, it lights up, but no vibrations.
So I plug it in to charge for a bit and then try again. Lights up, but no vibrations again.
Slim chance, but does anyone else have this product and/or a suggestion of what to do?

I love this thing, I'll be so disappointed if it's broken after less than 6 months!
Contact customer services on live chat or email? As it's faulty they should replace but obviously as it's discontinued and a grab bag item it won't be with the same thing.
Perhaps leave it on charge for the full time and see what happens?
