I believe you can do a similar trick with some regular pillows. I’ll see if I can dig out an old post.

I can only think of a chair or smallish stool but that would only work with suction cup dildos

I feel like I have an unfair advantage . Being a machinist and metal fabricator I have a TV stand in our bedroom that is floor to ceiling and is very solid . So I made a totally adjustable mount that holds suction toys in any position and heigth I wish . And let me tell you I can impale myself as hard as I want . Too bad I can not post one or several vidios of me utilizing it . Here is a photo where you can just see the shaft with the suction cup mount hold a dildo for my ass .
