Now, @Gazza_64, this bugs me. I don’t need clothes catalogues, takeaway menus, circulars where someone has licked the envelope to seal it - nope, not needed or wanted. I’ve had loads since March and 2 of us are vulnerable. I wash my hands after handling the post, but so much of it is spam.

Our paper recycling box is in the porch and the spam mail goes straight into it as i pick the mail up. It ought to be banned just for the waste of paper.

@MsR don’t know if you know that he postman get a subsidise payment for posting them and are contracted to deliver them because the Royal Mail get a large payment for delivering them , when I worked there it was an additional £13 / week extra per leaflet or spam ! But your right no one ever reads them or uses them .
