hi there im looking to find/meet like minded people ie fettish/kinks but i cant seem to get on with fet. its hard to break in to the groups and become friends.

It will be hard. People in that community are not just gonna start talking to ANYONE and especially meet just ANYONE...
Keep talking and being friendly on fet and im sure within time you'll make friends with people and maybe eventually meet people.
Just remember this is not a site for meeting and greeting people in the 'scene'

yeah it will be hard, people are wary nowadays :/ but what i suggest is just post alot and people will get to know you ^^
check out your local fet events. its much more obvious who is kinky there (all of them or they wouldnt be there) so its easy to get talking especaly as you will have some comon ground (you being there, and whatever is on offer)
somewere like a fet Market or a munch would be a good starter.
