Hello Every one! I had never heard of fetlife until I joined LH forum, but, what is it?
And those who have spoke to me a bit, do you think i'd like it?
Should I join?

It's a little like FB in that you can add friends, share photos, thoughts, stories and videos, you can also chat and message over it. You can also get to hear about local fetish events etc.
I find it a good resource for general kinkiness.
It contains some truely artictic pieces, and also some that many would find distressing. But you dig as deep a hole as you are comfortable in.
It is very dark. Black is the theme of everything
It is also extremely pornographic. It's free to sign up. but there are things you can't do unless you subscribe
I've had a nose at it before and decided it wasn't for me.
Fetlife is a Kink Community, full of members who have kinks (And considering almost anything could be considered a "kink" by somebody else, I guess the more close answer is that it is a community of people expressing their sexuality and sexual proclivities and meeting people who share their desires. By meeting people, it should be pointed out that Fetlife is not a dating site, although scores and scores of horny people do believe it is, and you will get sent messages often, from the nice and polite, to the pervy and weird. (One guy emailed me to ask if he could poop on my chest for a fiver....Erm......) But anyway....
I like fetlife (Aside from the all the blokes who join, slap the "Dom" title to their profile and go around badgering subby women. I say men because I am female and the vast majority of that shit comes to me from men. There is stuff you want to watch out for when you are on there, but overall the site can be extremely informative and open you up to the new, the weird, the wonderful and the scary! Loads of forums and member posts etc on all sorts of sexy acts and feelings and relationships and guides and more.
Most people on it set up a profile and you can browse others profiles, see their images (Often sexual) read their journals and writings etc.
You can also ovbiously make friends, chat to people (Chat function on there) etc, but I always set mine to invisible and you can if you want to not chat. Only friends can chat to you too. You can choose your friends.
As with anything, just use common sense and always think twice about the things you see, hear and read and don't believe everything lol
@Fluffbags has summed it up well. FL is good for finding events, if thats of interest. Theres some very good photos on there too. And some rather 'challenging' stuff as well.
Its what you make of it. I quite like it now, but it took me a while to understand it. Its good for messaging people - who you know already (your FL friends) or those you don't yet know.
You can't just look at it - you need to join to see anything. Give a go...!

Haha thank you Fluffbags, that is an amazing help. I am sensible with things and I figured that, it's free so I'll check it out, If I don't like it, then I don't use it. Simple.
