In addition to toy reviews, can a Q&A section be added?

I read hundreds of reviews, and I learn much about a product before I pull the trigger. Many times some of the questions I have about a product are answered in the reviews but that is not always the case.

Would there be a way to add a Question and Answer section to LH products? I’ve seen that on other retail sites. It would be nice to hear directly from LH, if there were some details that aren’t clearly addressed in the item listing.

Just a thought.

You can contact them through live chat to ask questions. Click in the menu (3 horizontal lines) and then its at the bottom of the options.

I’d also say live chat or customer service could be good for helping answer and Q&A

Unsure about the UK/US sites, but this exists on the AU site, and from what I know, it’s fairly new. So hopefully they’ll implement it on their other sites soon
