I have been unable to place my order for several days now.
I’m in the process of entering my bank details, and the validation process doesn’t work: I return to my basket, but nothing has happened. No error message, all the boxes seem to have been filled in, and so on. I’ve tried several browsers, deleting cookies, but nothing works. I use mastercard, as I do for all my orders on other sites.
I can’t use the livechat to get help either, I can’t find a contact email, in short I’m starting to despair.
Could someone please help me? I’d really appreciate it
