I have two sets of jiggle balls. They are fun but I don't get an orgasm from them like others.
They are fun in the sense that you feel naughty wearing them out in public with no one knowing you are wearing them.
For pelvic floor exercises they are great and really help me.
I don't have that set but I have 2 others both reviewed off my profile link.

Ok I admit it I have quit e a few sets of jiggle balls. I don't have this set yet but they look to be a good beginners set. They are not too small not too heavy and have the string to aid removal after use.
the general guidance is to use a spot of lube (water based is best) when inserting them, and to wear them for short periods of time to start with. A beginner should use a reasonable size ball with a moderate weight to start with. This set fit the bill just fine. Then progress to smaller balls and higher weights. If you have had children you might need to start with a lighter set. While wearing the balls clench and grip the balls to help tighten the pelvic flood muscles. It's this clenching that your boyfriend will also love during sex.

I have never orgasmed from jiggle balls alone but they do get me very wet and turned on. I wear mine for longer periods easily 8 hrs a day, but start small. Even if you are not clenching your muscles will be getting a workout and will be more tight and toned.

No, not at all i used jiggle balls before i had my first and they worked fine. After childbirth they are very good, i did see a bigger improvement compared to before x
