I just bought the FSOG kegal balls which weight 221g and I had no problem keeping them in with little effort. Is there a point in progressing to something still more heavy? Would it have any beneficial effect at this stage?

I was going to get the fifty shades ones (221g) , the ones Iv got now are stainless ones ( 200g) , I can't even tell there in , wear them to exercise classes , dog walking , etc . Usually leave in 4-5 hours a time , got them to tone up but I think things must have been more toned than I thought . I want some heavier ones but the fifty shades ones are only 21g heavy , is there anymore that anyone's seen cos I can't find heavy ones anywere ? X
