As exercise devices or for pleasure?
From an exercise point of view, there actually isn’t any evidence that they are any better than just doing the kegel exercises (and not everyone does them right when using kegel balls) but if they helps you remember to do them/makes them more fun then it’s all good.
For pleasure, everyone is different. Some people will feel them a lot, some not so much.

I love mine - for pleasure purposes I use them for a couple of hrs in the build up to sex -just letting him know I’ve got them him turns him on , some times I have worn them out when your full of mischief and grins
