I was wondering what your experiences of kegal balls (or similar) are... Are they a worthwhile purchase? I've been considering getting some for a while. I do pilates already, which works on the core muscles, so would there be any further benefits to using them too?

I have kegels and use them every day! Defiantly worth purchasing,great for the muscles and I love feeling them inside and also sneaky wearing them out and about with the hubby is a massive turn on.
I'm also quite curious. I've heard great things about them.
