I think women talk about it a lot - at a family party last year (actually the 10th anniversary of the death of my late wife) my then G/F was talking to a female friend of hers about blowjobs and why they liked giving them and my oldest stepdaughter was vaguely and drunkenly zoning in on the conversation - and suddenly the penny dropped.
