it is my gals birthday next wend. she is the big 30. id like to get her some lingerie. she had a tough year and has gone from a size 12 to a size 14 to 16 and is now self concious about her body. can anyone here recomend something and may be anice toy to. i dont mind the expence for this birthday present. as someone who has varied from a 10 ( too skinny) to an 18 I would say that a 14 -16 isnt large.
What does she like/normally buy for herself? It would be a good start point. If you give us more details we can make better suggestions.
Is there a particular part of her that she doesnt like and would want to cover up in order to feel sexy?

she finds her tummy the worst part but i can see nothing wrong with it. i agree that she is not large but i cant seem to make her feel that way. she would not buy lingerie for herself but likes if i get her some. so i dont really know what she would be into herself. i hope that helps. thanks GG

A couple of things first it doesn't matter what her size is ladies can be sexy no matter how big secondly size 14 to 16 is the average size for women in the uk so I wouldn't consider her large however if it's her tummy that she is most self contious about then how about a basque or corset (in my opinion you can never get better than a basque anyway).

There's already been some good suggestions and I echo the comments about size.
The only thing I feel I should add is this: *sometimes* the sizing can come up small on lingerie. I'm a size 12 and I have recently bought a Plus Size set that had a starting size of Size16 and I found it fitted me perfectly. I would be tempted to browse the Plus Size section (she need not know lingerie was bought from that department) and choose something from there, because the last thing you want to do is give her a gorgeous babydoll or something only to find it's tight and then upset her because she feels she's not even a Size14-16... Hope that makes sense?
