Hi All,

I just wanted to start this thread because I am always so pleased with the customer service. I have found that the staff are knowledgeable, considerate and patient.

This is really important as not everyone is a seasoned sex toy user/buyer or even used to regular sexual encounters. I have always felt safe and comfortable and really wanted to show my appreication.

Spreading the love for Lovehoney! Thank you for all your hard work. :)

I would just like to second that. I love the Lovehoney staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else as you know you’re well looked after when you buy something. Recently had trouble with a bra set I ordered and I put off sending it back because I was mentally prepared for a load of hassle but it was so easy and friendly xoxo
