Do you orgasm successfully when you have sex or masturbate without toys? If the latter is true you might have death grip / have trained yourself to only orgasm from a certain technique, so only using the Fleshlight with adequate lubricant might help.
Yeah I was gonna say about death grip - where you've become so used to a certain method of stimulation that nothing works. The only thing I can suggest if that is the case is that you do not do what you usually do - try do avoid your usual method for a loooong time. Tricky I know but uneducate yourself!
