My one and only bullet vibe, a Maia roxy lipstick type now refuses to charge, despite not being used all that often and only have been charged twice before so I'm getting a replacement.

Does anyone have any experience of either of these? I've read some of the reviews but I thought I'd ask here as well.
Personally I'd always go for rechargeable now.
A lot of people myself included highly recommended going for the Desire rechargeable bullet which is on offer at the moment but it has also been a little bit cheaper in the sales. It has lots of variation, powerful, good rumbly vibrations and of course rechargeable.

Both of these are great recommendations. The Desire Bullet is quite strong so if you don’t need a ton of power to orgasm, the Ignition might suit better.
Another vote for the desire here. I've got the flash and its decent but more buzzy than rumbly vibrations.

The desire is absolutely perfect, we love it and have never had any issues but it is rather pricey. Rechargeable is ideal as it saves a lot of money in the long run and nothing is more frustrating than running out of batteries half way through a session. If it's a replacement for a discontinued faulty item I'd try and get as much bang for your buck. 🙂 The two items you've initially linked vary greatly in price and style so it's tricky to get an idea what you like. We have the Flash and it's very discreet, very quiet and I'd say medium ish powerful, but the vibrations don't travel very 'deep'. It was Mrs Chimp's only vibrator for a good couple of years before we started buying a little bit of everything, and she loved it. However... now she's tried more powerful ones (like the Desire Bullet, the VeDo LUV, and the We-Vibe Tango) it's lost quite a few places in the league table. 🙂
Have they given you a price range for your replacement?

I generally prefer the idea of something rechargeable, but then I sometimes find myself going through dry spells for a couple of months, which is what made me think of getting something with batteries.
I do like the idea and look of the desire bullet, but if it's on the more powerful end of the scale it might be too much for me, although it is silicone, which I would prefer. - The RO 80 is also something I looked at; I know the assberry comes with one of them, and it's super cute and basically a 2 in 1 so I might have to take a look at that again. I'll take a closer look at everything you've all recommended. Thank you again :)
Ian Chimp - it's interesting that you mention the flash bullet being medium-ish powerful; the bullet I had I would say had less powerful vibration that a mobile phone set to vibrate but it was enough for me which inclines me to believe I don't need something too powerful.
I really appreciate all the help from everyone. I'm still new to toys. I've figured out that I prefer silicone and stainless steel and have a fondness for bullets and njoy plugs but apart from that I'm rather clueless.

You may also like the rechargeable mini-wand. It's a bit like a bullet on a stick. 🙂 This was the next toy that pipped the Flash off its top spot for Mrs Chimp
Sorry, I should have mentioned that the wand is more 'broad' stimulation rather than precision. The little upturned nose of the Flash can get in and under to quite a specific point, whereas the head on the wand covers a much wider area.
If you are looking for something that is not too powerfull you could have a look in the 3 for £15 deal you might find something a little different and get 3 items without breaking the bank.
