Please can you recommend me a good first time ever penis girth extender to buy?

It is very easy to put on and very stretchy. It really thickens the penis. Hard to tell from the images but it does. It is expensive but had mine for a while now and it's still in great condition.
Cock rings, especially those worn around the base of the penis (including the testicles) can make the penis swell slightly. Not only does it add girth, but also you can feel the texture more.

Personally i think your oh would be happier to try a cock ring, as they benefit both partners, than a sleeve if he isnt aware that you might want more girth. I dont think its the kind of thing you can just buy without him agreeing.
