I agree with the other posts, a Bullet vibrator is a good toy to use as it is quite small, it's very discreet and not intimidating. You can receive a lot of pleasure from bullets too!!

I would also advise a wand for clitoral stimulation- these are very pleasurable - however they are quite big and can be intimidating if you are new to sex toys. I love it when my other half uses my wand for foreplay. They are great for both masturbating alone and joint foreplay.

Hi newbie - I'm not very experienced myself but one thing about toys - DON'T go for the huge porn star giant-cock-type-of-dildo / vibrator thing.... it may look realistic and maybe even impressive but my OH hates the one I bought, preferring a small bullet-shaped vibro instead. Small is certainly more in that area....!
