Only tend to have nightmares after watching horror films so they tend to be quite gruesome (should stop watching them really).
Always dreaming about work though, can't get away from it 
I have a recurring nightmare about a big guy who is very far away, walking slowly away from me. Then when I blink he is instantly in my face. His eyes scare me the most. They are pitch black with a red iris. I then wake up. Not sure what would happen next because the nightmare has always been exactly the same and I always wake up at the same point. I've been having that nightmare for so many years.
It's the only thing that completely scares me :(I get nightmares quite a bit. I used to be on medication for it a few years ago. Back then I had them most nights. Xx
