Oh Points and Returns

I have returned items in the past and noticed the Oh! Points that I originally earned from the purchase had then been deducted from my total, but what happens if I return something and I don't have enough Oh! Points to subtract from?

Kate to add to this, I had an order recently that was exchanged. The oh points were set to 0 for the order even though I didn't request a refund. I emailed customer support but didn't hear back..any ideas if this is just a bug and I will get the oh points? Sorry to hijack the thread Ali but just thought this may help others in a similar position also..

Hi TT, this happened when i exchanged something recently but i did hear back from customer support and was told the system will recognise a replacement has been sent out and oh points will be added as normal x
