We’re a middle aged (both 55) couple, who have enjoyed 25 happy years. As we get older, our approach to sex has changed a little, with more openness and less inhibitions then we may have had before.
We share our house with our teenager and this impacts on opportunity.
We like to take time for sex, spending an evening naked, watching some porn, and allowing time to indulge. This is limited however and we often find that with busy lives, opportunity and mood can be affected, so a quickie is all we have time for. Don’t get us wrong, these can be great, but we find ourselves wanting more time and freedom to cut loose!
How do others manage this?

I can relate to this 
my step-teenager is at home and they would be mortified to hear us at it.
They used to go to their mums some weekends but now don’t. I try and encourage them to go to a friends for sleepovers etc haha
I do work from home most days so lunch hours can be hot, but it’s not spontaneous and I long for the days when we could both just go with whenever takes us …
Nothing wrong with a quickie though! Quality not qty

A quickly is a real sexy thing to do. As said the thrill of the chance you may be caught add to the lust and urge to cum. 
Slow and sensuous is when you have all the time in the world and you are in a quiet, safe and undisturbed place. The you don’t want to cum urgently.

As we’ve got older, we’ve found ourselves wanting those longer, more relaxed intimate sessions. Maybe it’s just a development that comes with time and a healthy relationship.
