I have today purchased a pole in an attempt to get fit, lose weight and make myself feel sexy again. Does anyone else have one that can offer tips or links to good move guides etc? Do your partners find it sexy watching, id love to perform on it for my man once i get used to it and build my confidence. x
Ooh, sounds like some fun exercising. I've discussed this before with my OH. I think there's online classes you can take but I'm sure they must be pricey.

It can look sexy, it's the fluidity of the movement and curves on the lady that make it attractive to watch. I can't say it's something that really floats my boat but I can understand why it's fun and it looks a great way to tone up. I also love to see Ad 'making an effort' and feeling confident in how she looks.

This might seem a stupid, obvious thing to say, but I find wearing heels helps me feel and move sexier. Make sure you wear them, even if you're just practicing.
Id be interested in giving it a go actually as it looks quite fun when ive seen a few friends doing it. Ive heard that it is actually incredibly difficult though!

The only Pole dancing I've ever seen was a guy called Janusz. He had some great moves...

I'd love to try this, i'd imagine with practice you'd be really fit as loads of strength is needed! I might be brave one day and find a class. Let us know how it goes! x

i LOVE watching my wife on the pole we have, and she found watching pole dancing work out vids on youtube helped gave her ideas on there, if this helps ya Emma x
