Poor hubby

Feeling soooo sorry for my poor hubby at the minute.

He had surgery on his ankle a couple of weeks ago and had his staples taken out earlier in the week - 80 - 90 staples from halfway down his foot to halfway up his calf.

He passed out with the pain of it and now also has a 3 inch gash in his head to add to everything.

Any ideas how I can cheer him up - and he is right off the obvious one at the minute.

How about having a day in bed together watching dvds ?

Oh and I thought I should mention he is not a wimp - apparently he should have been given some sort of pain relief.

Luckily both him and me can see the funny side of it - it was a bit Carry on Matron.

Let him watch some of the films on his "I'll get to watch that one day" list.

I'm suggesting getting a copy of carry on matron ;)

Whats his favourite meal? Perhaps treat him to a romantic evening with candles and some wine or if thats not his thing I would agree to some dvd, some stand up comedy or one of his favourite films.
