Since Friday every time i put my items in the basket it wants to charge me £5.99 express delivery after originally saying the usual "add this item to the basket with free delivery"... I thought maybe it was just the weekend but this is still happening today!! Ive tried logging out, emptying the basket etc...
Any advice would be grateful as ive got 3 things i NEED to buy and am not happy paying delivery ^_^
I'm guessing one of your items is too large for Royal Mail so LH will be sending it via InterLink. If you place the order (with the £5.99) and then email customer services or pop onto the live help they will refund the postage fee straight away. :)

Have you ordered a riding crop? This happened to me when I ordered one, but as soon as I placed the order I spoke to customer services and they refunded the postal charges.
Thats really good- most online retailers wont refund postage if you order something thats a large item

JoFemSub18 - please do contact our lovely Customer Care Team to double check with them why you're being charged. If you shold be getting free delivery, they will either refund you the postage costs, or will put the order through over the phone for you without the charge 
I'm still hoping belgium gets a free delivery.
I never buy a deal of the day judt because i have to pay 5 extra for the shipping.
