Ok, so as we all know LH has a fantastic customer service, something out of this world in fact! But i decided to post the rather different post for newbies (to show just how good customer care is) and secondly for oldies who just want to know how much better LH is than they ever thought possible (if it's possible to think they are any better than what you already think!)
Well a few days back i decided i would return my slimline rabbit as some of you know i was having trouble with the toy turning itself off and then i found that (where i overuse it) the ears and sort of gone sideways. But anywho... I returned the item and at the same time i filled out an online return form. I then got an email later that day telling me there was no need to return the item and to dispose of it but of course it was too late. I then just got two emails saying that my item had been despatched but it had been sent to me twice.
I'm not a liar and i'm always honest i do not see the point in lying or hiding and was freaking out over what to do, so i spoke on live chat with the wonderful dani and despite me telling her over and over that i would have sent the item back anyway she still decided to add a few OH points onto my account for being honest and going though all the trouble of doing something i would have done anyway. I mean two toys for the price of one is great but not when it's not intentional.
An example ladies and gents of the service here at LH...for doing what anyone would have done (or at least a decent person) i got given OH points!

Excellent post MissBrownEyes. There is reason why myself and i'm sure a lot of other folk love LH and this is one of those.
I think what LH do better than most is not 'Good' customer service but 'AMAZING' customer service. If a company deals with a problem quickly, easily and without fuss then that's good and rightly so, but LH goes above and beyond that in all ways.
This my only my 3rd time ordering of LH and I won't be going anywhere else in future the service is next to done there delivery is so fast free delivery to ireland, I orders 95euros worth of stuff last night and I had 55 euros worth of savings I got 20%off then 3 for 25 deal saved me loads aswell, I'm well pleased with there service and love these forums makes it so much more personal than just a online shop.
