try warming up a bit with your dildo until it is nice and comfortable. Then stroke yourself almost to edge with the dildo or plug just inserted, then alternately you can choose to stop stroking or keep stroking but also start thrusting the dildo in and out. Depending on the toy sometimes it feels good to do long deep thrusts, others just a little range of motion is best just have to experiment.
If you choose to stop stroking and start thrusting you can pretty easily get yourself to have a P spot O.
