Question about dispatch email

Hello LH team,

I have just curious question to ask. I ordered parcel, FedEx delivery. I still did not receive dispatch email from LH, but FedEx already managed to send me an email as well as message on my phone, informing me they had accepted parcel, and that the delivery date is set for tomorrow. This was 3 hours ago.

I can see on my account that the parcel was dispatched, but I did not receive the email. I generally only get it like 5 hours after the order is dispatched.

I am just slightly curious why there is this differece?

I have had a few orders put through and never received a dispatch email, reakon its the email gremlins hiding stuff from us!

Well, I got mine, like 3 and half hours after FedEx alerted me its coming lol

Sometimes I've not got the dispatch email. But I can still see it on my account and I always get my lovehoney dliverys so I don't mine :)
