Definitely don't wear black stockings or tights with this dress. I think it would be just perfect to go for nude tights, brown belt, brown shoes and brown handbag. Black shoes wouldn't look too bad with it, either, particularly if they were of the plain yet smart variety.

Also to your other reply, I do agree with the advice! White with nude tights and a brown shoe is adorable and you can't go wrong with adding an accessory here or there. Though then I thought a nude heel!? Something about a nude heel with a white dress to me is classy and sexy. Am I right? :)
I'd say white so if your dress press's against it - it is colour match unless the idea is to tease and give a sneaky preview of what's to come later? As I don't know the event you are dressing for... :)

I love nude heels, they go with anything and yes they make outfits look classy and expensive. :)

How much does the dress top actually cover your boobs (particularly nipples)? I mean, going out while wearing an open cup bra and potentially see-through dress would be quite... daring. Wearing that just for your OH would be great but going to the restaurant... well...
The top has a few layers and I've just tried it on naked and you can't see anything

Definitely not black tights! I would say natural tights with nude heels. Sometimes black heels can look too dramatic with a white dress, but it also depends on your skin tone. If you have darker skin go for black heels, but if you have very light skin I would go for nude heels.
