Sorry if this has already been asked.
Has anyone used Rabbit Amnesty? I'm guessing you have to pay to post ?? My problem is I have a ton of toys that need recycling and I reckon it would cost a bomb to send, what to do! 😓

Best advice I can give is divide it down into several smaller parcels . That keep the postage costs to a minimum
It will probably be cheaper to send via courier if you have a lot, rather than using Royal Mail
I posted to rabbit amnesty yesterday. My parcel costed 8.95 and packaging was something like 1.90
Here is more info about it all. http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/help/environment/
To confirm you do have to pay for the postage to get the toys to us.

If you do use royal mail I would suggest a maximum weight of 1kg this will be a small packet rate of £3.30 for 1st class non tracked delivery
I just received 900 Oh points for my rabbit amnesty parcel! !! Eep
The points are well worth the postage costs imo, esp if you have a rabbit to send back or loads of little toys like bullets :DInk and Kink wrote:

I wish I knew about amnesty before I threw a load of toys away when I weren't really active on lovehoney.
Thanks all, your all so helpful xx
great to see a way to recycle these but I am in the US and this isn't an option as the postage cost is crazy high and I don't think utilzing the resources to ship something back that far is overly green or sustainable. if anyone in the US has a source for recycling toys over here please share.
