Realistic 8 Inch Waterproof Vibe not working

Hi everyone

Im new to vibrators apart from my little bullet and bought the 8 inch waterproof vibe, also known as H20 Trojan Wet vibe

I sent the first one back and got a replacement cos it wasnt working but got my new one this morning and thats not working either!

Ive checked the batteries work which they do, surely i cant have been sent two broken ones in a row? Anyone else have this vibe, is there something im missing to make it work?

Heya, turns out it was because the batteries were in wrong.

You know how the flat end goes against the springs? Well both the springs were inside the vibe and the flat end in the cap, so i assumed both flat ends go against the springs meaning they were facing the same way, confusing!

Anyway it works now, my first vibe except for a little bullet one, love it!
