Hi, Im thinking of getting a cocktail kit (the drinking kind!) as a joint present for my OH and I. Has anyone any recommendations?

Hi, do you mean the equipment? Or something that has spirits and mixers?
A starter kit really. Need to do some research, as its only something that I thought of this evening.
A recipe book, good cocktail shaker, muddler, large round ice cube moulds, jigger( measures) , bitters , sieve, cocktail glasses assorted.
Oh and a good drinks cupboard

Thank you, Think Ill buy a recipe book first to get a feel for the mixers we need.
Yeah I agree with @Iwill by getting the things all separately as may find it works out cheaper than if you was to buy an altogether kit

A small blender for ice crushing is also a good bit of kit.

Ahhh…tried that and nearly took mrsIwill eye out with a bit of flying ice…ruined the moment a bit.!!
